The staff was very nice. They were completely honest in the description. The room was spacious. Cleaning happened daily with new towels! I liked that the place is just as shown in the pictures. There were no surprises.

The noise insulation was poor, and the plastic windows did not block out the street noise, so it reminded me of being right outside!

the staff was nice (charmed by their helpfulness). the location is fantastic. it is very close to the city centre. i had easy access to public transportation.

i noticed there was no elevator (it was a bit tough with luggage). the hotel is on a main road. i could hear some street noise that might bother light sleepers.

i found the location GREAT. metro station is just outside the door. it was easy to get around and i was close to everything.

the stairs were a little tricky with luggage.
